Frequently Asked Questions

We use USPS for all of our domestic orders unless otherwise stated. We do not ship every day of the week so please allow 2 days for your order to be processed and packaged before it heads off your way. Most orders placed within the US are received within 3-5 business days from the time it ships.

We ship anywhere in the world. Shipping internationally is not cheap but we try to keep our shipping prices competitive and up to date.

Please allow 12-20 days for international orders. Usually international orders arrive much sooner but once the shipment leaves the United States we have no control over how long your countries customs takes to release the package to you.

****Please be aware, you, the buyer are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. ****

Our web store is not set up for multiple shipping options. Depending on the weight every domestic order will ship either first class or priority post. That being said if you need to have something rush delivered please email us and we would be happy to work it with you.

We ship to the address provided at the time of the order so It is very important to have your paypal shipping address up to date. However, we understand mistakes happen so if this happens to you please email us directly within 24 hours of placing the order and we would be happy to fix the problem for you. If you do not catch it in time and your order goes out to the wrong address then it is very probable that it will be returned to us. If this happens we will reach out to the buyer and get the item reshipped for an additional fee.

We understand that things change and sometimes you would like to cancel your entire order after it has been placed. We will happily do this for you and refund you entirely. Please note that after 24 hours your order will have already been pulled and packaged so any cancelation after 24 hours is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. If your order has already been shipped by the time you request cancelation then you will need to refuse the shipment upon delivery at your end and ensure your package is returned to us. Upon receiving the unused return we will issue a full refund minus the 15% re stocking fee.

Sometimes our system will allow for certain items to be over sold if they are typically re stocked on a regular basis. If  this happens with an item that is part of your order that may not be re stocked in the near future then we will contact you immediately and refund you for said item (s) while at the same time continuing to fulfill and ship out the remaining items of your order so that you have your newly purchased gear in hand as quickly as possible.
